Safetyville 2024 Safetyville Registration Opens April 8, 2024
Safetyville is sponsored by the North Ridgeville Police Department and provides a fun, educational setting where children are exposed to various safety topics with regard to traffic, school bus, strangers, 911, fire safety and more.
 
Entrance Examinations Notice of Examination: Full Time Patrol Officer Class "D" AND Full Time Firefighter/Paramedic Class "D"
Civil Service Commission is offering open, competitive written examinations to establish an eligibility list for BOTH entry level Patrol Officer Class "D" and entry level Firefighter/Paramedic Class "D" positions. Testing and applications will be accepted from Friday April 5, 2024 to Monday, May 27, 2024.

Hyundai Steering Wheel Lock Hyundai Steering Wheel Locks Now Available
The North Ridgeville Police Department in partnership with Hyundai has free steering wheel locks for residents that own or lease a Hyundai vehicle produced prior to November 2021 with proof of ownership.

Special Needs and Wandering Alert Form

The North Ridgeville Police Department is launching a Special Needs and Wandering Alert Form to better meet the needs of residents with autism, dementia, or other special needs that police, fire and EMS should be alerted to. This will provide emergency services with valuable information about residents who may have difficulty communicating during a crisis situation, or who are reported missing.
