In order that we may properly promote the health, safety and wellness of our employees, to eliminate the well-known risks associated to second-hand smoke, as well as to enhance the quality of life of all those whom we serve including residents who may visit our public city facilities and related areas, the City of North Ridgeville has established a tobacco-free workplace environment effective January 1, 2017.  

 

By establishing this tobacco-free workplace environment the City of North Ridgeville is further demonstrating its commitment to health and wellness initiatives that are not only beneficial to our employees but to the greater community of North Ridgeville as a whole.
