The mission of the North Ridgeville Fire Department is to provide a range of programs designed to protect the lives and property of our residents and visitors from the adverse effects of fire, sudden medical emergencies, and other dangerous conditions. Our goals toward accomplishing our mission rely heavily on prevention, education, and customer service.

Fire Department Open House & Safety Fair Fire Department Open House and Safety Fair, October 1, 2022
The North Ridgeville Fire and Police Departments will be hosting the annual Open House & Safety Fair on Saturday, October 1, 2022 from 10 AM-2 PM at Fire Station #1, 7000 Ranger Way. Station tours, food, entertainment, touch-a-truck, kids firefighter combat challenge, Kasey Fire & Life Safety Dog, police officer with K-9, inflatables and bounce houses, emergency helicopter landing (weather permitting) and more. This is a free event.
 
CPR Fire Department Offers CPR Classes
The North Ridgeville Fire Department is offering the Family & Friends CPR course and the CPR/Basic Life Support Certification class.
