Sidewalk/Parking Lot Usage Plan - Local Businesses

The Sidewalk/Parking Lot Usage Plan is being submitted in accordance with North Ridgeville Ordinance 5747-2020 which was adopted May 18, 2020. The ordinance conditionally suspends the sidewalk and parking lot restrictions/regulations for a period of 180 days for existing local businesses in an effort to assist and accommodate their continued operations and/or reopening under the Responsible RestartOhio Plan and other Ohio regulations/guidelines. There is no filing fee associated with this filing.  Below is the application to be completed and a copy of the ordinance.
