State Route 83 Urban Paving Project

The Ohio Department of Transportation will be milling and resurfacing State Route 83 from the southern city limits to the northern city limits with the exception of the Center Ridge Road/Route 83 intersection beginning the week of June 22, 2020 with an anticipated completion date of July 31, 2020 (weather permitting).  

The resurfacing project will be done in three phases - repairs, milling, and final phase is paving.  The crews will begin just north of Center Ridge Road heading north to Mills Road, then back south to the city limits, then north to Center Ridge Road.  Two-way traffic will be maintained with flaggers throughout the project; delays are to be expected.
