Water Main on Root Road To Be Replaced

The City of North Ridgeville is pleased to announce that the existing water main on Root Road between Center Ridge Road and Bainbridge Road will be replaced this year. Residents are welcome to visit the Engineering Department at City Hall at 7307 Avon Belden Road to review the construction plans when they become available in a few weeks. 

The new water line is to be placed in the tree lawn on the east side of the street from Bainbridge Road to the bridge at Robinson Ditch. The new water line is to be placed in the tree lawn on the west side of the street from Center Ridge Road to the bridge at Robinson Ditch.   Drive aprons will be replaced as needed.  New water services will be provided from the new water main to the water shut off box near the right of way line. Areas disturbed by construction will be restored by the contractor. At this time a detailed schedule is not yet available.
