TC Energy and Columbia Gas Pipeline Project
Ohio Valley and Mesa Services are working on a TC Energy and Columbia Gas pipeline project. The project involves the installation of approximately 12,500 feet of copper wire electrodes, 15 shield electrodes, and 30 decouplers to facilitate cathodic protection of existing Columbia Gas transmission pipeline in Cuyahoga and Lorain counties. Cathodic protection is necessary to maintain the safety and integrity of the existing pipeline. Workspace for the project will include existing pipeline right of way and temporary workspace adjacent to the existing right of way. Access will be through existing access roads public and private roads, and Columbia Gas right of way. Construction zones are marked in red on the map below. The project is anticipated to be completed in March 2024. If there are any questions, please contact Brock Vanhorn at [email protected] or Jason Balis at (304) 532-9370.
