Mills Road Bridge Replacement Project - Construction Notice (Updated 8-18-2021)

This notice is to inform you that the Mills Rd. Bridge Replacement Project will begin on Monday, July 26, 2021. This project includes but is not limited to the replacement of an existing bridge, water main, and drainage structures on Mills Road between Westminister Avenue and Greenwich Avenue. During construction two-way traffic will be maintained on Mills Road using one lane and temporary traffic signals.

Greenwich Avenue and Westminister Avenue will be closed at Mills Road. The alternate access for Greenwich Avenue will be off Jaycox Road and the alternate access for Westminister Avenue will be off SR 83 (Avon Belden Road). The new traffic pattern will begin Monday, July 26, 2021.
