City Offices Transition to New Phone Numbers

The City of North Ridgeville has upgraded its phone system and transitioned to a new vendor. With this change and the opening of the new police station on March 18, all city phone numbers are changing, with the exception of the French Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant.

As of Monday, March 18 at 5:00 a.m., the following new phone numbers will be activated:
City Hall: (440) 490-2042
Police Non-Emergency: (440) 490-2001
Fire Non-Emergency: (440) 490-2040
Public Works: (440) 490-2094

In an emergency, callers should always dial 911.

The Fire Department’s phone line that receives calls from residential fire alarms and life alert type systems is not changing, so these communications will continue to operate as normal.

“The City is making every effort to notify our residents and businesses of these changes using all of the various communication channels at our disposal,” said Mayor Kevin Corcoran. “We also ask the community to help us spread the word and share this information with their family, friends and neighbors. We apologize for the inconvenience.”
