Notice of Intent to Sell City Vehicles
NOTICE OF INTENT TO SELL CITY VEHICLES NO LONGER NEEDED FOR
MUNICIPAL PURPOSES
In accordance with Ordinance No. 5483-2017, 5492-2017 and Ohio Revised Code 721.15 notice is hereby given of the intent to sell city vehicles no longer needed or unfit for municipal use by public auction through the Greater Cleveland Auto Auction. Interested parties may obtain a copy of the authorizing legislation and a complete list of the vehicles available from the office of the City Auditor, the office of City Council, and on the City maintained website (see the ordinance including list of vehicles below). The auction will take place on December 1, 2017 at or around 10 AM, and may continue for subsequent Fridays if any remain unsold, at 5801 Engle Road, Brookpark OH. The vehicles may be previewed and inspected from 8 AM to 9:30 AM on the morning of the auction. All vehicles are sold AS-IS.
