Lorain County General Health District will be conducting their annual mosquito spraying throughout the City beginning the evening of August 7 through August 10 (weather permitting).  Two vehicles with "Mosquito Control" logo on the side of their vehicles will be spraying from approximately 8:30 PM to 11:30 PM each evening. A new and free curbside recycling program to begin in North Ridgeville on Tuesday, August 8, 2017.  Simple Recycling will pick up every Tuesday on regular trash collection day all items placed at curbside in the specialized orange Simple Recycling collection bags.  North Ridgeville residents can recycle unwanted clothing, shoes, accessories and home goods such as kitchenware, books, toys, etc. This is a free curbside program and bags are available at no charge by contacting Simple Recycling at 866-835-5068 or by email at [email protected]. The annual Corn Festival will be held August 11-13, 2017 on Bainbridge Road between Route 83 and Root Road.
