New Contractor Portal & Registration Updates – Effective December 1, 2025
Starting December 1, contractors will be able to register and renew online through the city's new contractor portal. Updates to registration requirements will also take effect:
- Registration fees: $150 for new registrations, $75 for renewals
- Rolling registrations: Valid for one year from issuance
- State-licensed trades: Electrical, plumbing, HVAC, hydronics, and refrigeration contractors must hold a valid OCILB license
