The city entered into contract with Lorain County Commissioners, administered by Lorain County Office of Emergency Management Agency, to provide the city and county with a robust, cost-effective emergency notification system and general messaging services. The service is free to residents to subscribe to receive messages by way of voice, text, and/or e-mail. You may subscribe by texting LORAINCO to 24639 or by clicking the link below. Please note that alerts will come from 24639 for texts and (206) 536-3695 (Seattle, WA) for voice messages. Please save these to your phone as a new contact with CodeRED or Lorain County Alerts.
