Payment Options and Services
The utility bills are processed monthly, which include water, sanitary sewer and refuse charges (based on which services you receive) and should arrive in the mail or electronically several days after the end of the month. In any event, you should receive your bill by the end of the first week of the month but if you don't or if it is misplaced, you may call our office or visit nridgeville.org and click the "Pay Utility Bill" icon to view and check the amount of your bill and the due date. 
There are many payment options available for paying your North Ridgeville utility bills.

Payments may be:
  • Mailed in using the return envelope provided with your bill each month.
  • Paid at the Utility drive-up window located on the north side of City Hall (cash or check only).
  • Placed in the night deposit box, located next to the drive-up window after hours or on weekends.
  • Paid at some local banks. (Please check with your financial institution.)
  • Paid online with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay or Pay By Text or checking account by visiting our website at www.nridgeville.org and clicking "Pay Utility Bill" icon.
  • Automated Pay by Phone by dialing 1-855-786-5306 (credit/debit card/e-check)
