Our Apparatus

Engine 24 is a 2012 E-One Typhoon pumper.  It is housed at Station No. 2 and responds to all fires in the city and motor vehicle accidents in station 2’s district.  E-24 has a 1,000 gallon water tank with a 1,500 gpm pump and a foam injection system with a 30 gallon foam tank.  It is equipped with a full array of firefighting tools including hose, ladders, and hand tools plus a set of hydraulic extrication tools a.k.a. “jaws of life.”

Truck 23
Truck 23 is a 2020 Sutphen 100' mid-mount aerial ladder. It is housed at Station No. 1. The truck is a "Quint" which means that it has an aerial ladder, full complement of ground ladders, a 600 gallon water tank, a pump, and hose. Truck 23 carries all of our firefighting tools.

Engine 21
Engine 21 is a 2020 Sutphen heavy duty pumper. It is housed at Station No. 1.  This unit has a 750 gallon on-board water tank and a 1500 gallon per minute pump. Engine 21 carries a full complement of firefighting tools and equipment as well as a set of battery operated extrication tools. It also has a 20 gallon foam tank.

Engine 22 is a 2015 E-One custom pumper. It is housed at Station No. 1 and responds to all fires in the city and motor vehicle accidents in Station 1's district. It carries 1,000 gallons of water with a 1,500 gpm pump and a foam injection system with a 30 gallon foam tank. It is equipped with a full array of firefighting tools, including hose ladders, and hand tools. E-22 also carries a set of hydraulic extrication tools. 

Medic 28 is a 2018 Braun ambulance on a Ford F-550 chassis. It is housed at Station No. 1 and responds first-due to EMS incidents in Station 1's Northeast district. The ambulance is an Advanced Life Support unit and is equipped with state-of-the-art emergency medical equipment, including a Lifepak® 15 heart monitor and a Lucas 2 automatic Chest Compression System.
Medic 25

Medic 25 is a 2020 Horton ambulance on a Ford F-550 chassis.  It is housed at Station No. 1. This ambulance is an Advanced Life Support unit and is equipped with state-of-the-art emergency medical equipment, including a Lifepak® 15 heart monitor and a Lucas™ 2 Chest Compression System. It responds first-due to EMS incidents in Station 1's Northwest district.

Medic 26 is a 2014 McCoy Miller ambulance on a Ford F-550 chassis. It is housed at Station No. 2. This ambulance is an Advanced Life Support unit and responds to all EMS incidents in Station 2's district. It carries state-of-the-art emergency medical equipment, including a Lifepack 15 heart monitor and a Lucas 2 Chest Compression System.



Medic 27 is a 2012 Braun Super Chief ambulance on a Ford F-650 chassis.  It is housed at Station No. 1 and serves as a reserve ambulance for when another unit requires maintenance.

Car 30 is a 2007 Ford F-250 Super Duty pickup truck. It is housed at Station No. 1 and is used as a utility vehicle for various emergency and non-emergency functions including towing the Dive-Rescue trailer or the Zodiac boat and snow-plowing at the stations. 

Cars 29, 20 & 31 are 2018 Ford Explorers that are used as command vehicles. Car 29 is the Chief's vehicle and is used for day-to-day administrative operations. Car 20 is the fire prevention vehicle and is used for inspections and administrative functions. Car 31 is used by the training officer and doubles as a first response paramedic unit when needed. 
Dive Rescue Trailer
Dive/Rescue Trailer is used by the Dive/Rescue team which utilizes a 2007, 16' trailer to store and transport dive equipment. The trailer is professionally finished inside and has a generator which powers inside and outside lighting. The trailer is heated for operations that occur during inclement weather.
Zodiac Boat

Zodiac Boat is the Dive/Rescue team boat which is a 2007, 16' Zodiac with a 9.9 hp Yamaha motor. The boat is transported on a trailer and then moved by team members once it is on the scene.
