Important Message from Public Utilities

North Ridgeville is upgrading water meters to advanced technology for better efficiency and resource management. The city has partnered with Utility Metering Solutions (UMS) to install these new meters. Meter replacements will begin in January 2025 and should be completed within 12 months. Watch for a letter to arrive from UMS as they begin their installations working through sections of the city. The letter will include detailed instructions on how to schedule your installation by phone or online. We kindly ask that you wait to receive your letter before calling to schedule. Notifications are being sent out section by section as UMS progresses through the city.
