Request for Proposals Demolition Contractor

The City of North Ridgeville is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to demolish the vacant home located at 7119 Avon Belden Road, North Ridgeville, Ohio (the “Property”). Demolition is defined as the demolition and removal of building, basements and foundations, as well as, the demolition and removal of site improvements, including but not limited to accessory structures, paving and foundation landscaping.
