Street Repairs and Paving Schedule 2019
Street Repairs
The City will see $1,835,000 in street repairs this year with the City’s share coming in at $1,485,000 with the balance of $350,000 from Ohio Public Works Commission (OPWC).  The City does recognize that not all streets can be done but has prioritized the list of streets that will be paved this year within the budget limitations. 
 
Depending on weather conditions, the Service Department will begin paving as early as mid-April the following streets at a total cost of approximately $625,000.  As the schedule becomes available, you’ll find the latest updates here.
 
 
 
Asphalt:
Adele Street
Broad Blvd. (after any necessary sanitary sewer repairs; projected 2020)
Homecrest Drive - Paving to begin the week of October 21, 2019 (weather permitting)
Main Avenue (from Adele to May)

Drake Street
Floraline Avenue 
Lakeside Drive
Opal Street
Otten Road
Paula Blvd. 
Poplar Street
Rhonda Drive 
Ridge Plaza Drive

Race Road is in need of resurfacing following the work done at the end of 2018 by Avon Lake Regional Water to repair the ETL2 waterline. Avon Lake has agreed to advertise and accept bids for this project no later than June 1, 2019. The City of North Ridgeville has agreed to pay up to $160,000 pending the bid process and City Council approval. 

Concrete:
In addition, there will be $1,050,000 spent on concrete repair on the following streets: 
Cedar Branch Circle
Englewood Court
Gatestone Circle at Gatewood Drive
Pine Branch Circle  
Rock Point Circle
Main Avenue from Theresa Street to May Street  (after any necessary sanitary sewer repairs; projected 2020)
Pleasant Avenue from May Street to Thelma Street  (after any necessary sanitary sewer repairs; projected 2020)
