Gift of Lights, November 18, 2016-January 1, 2017
Fun Guys LLC and Victory Park Ohio are pleased to announce the City of North Ridgeville as a Tinsel Sponsor for the Gift of Lights special event coming to Victory Park Ohio this holiday season. Gift of Lights will be the largest drive-thru holiday light display festival in Northeast Ohio and will include a variety of holiday scenes to delight people of all ages. Guests will drive-thru a 1.2 mile course to view large LED displays featuring snowmen, elves, an enchanted forest, pirates, sports scenes, a toy land, Victorian Village and more! A portion of the proceeds from the Gift of Lights festival will benefit University Hospitals Rainbow Babies & Children.

“As Mayor of the City of North Ridgeville, I am proud to have Victory Park Ohio in North Ridgeville selected as a location for the Gift of Lights. This is a wonderful opportunity for families to enjoy the holiday season by visiting the park and taking in all of the light displays and other activities they have planned. Because we will have visitors coming in from all over to see the light displays, this will serve as a wonderful opportunity for us to showcase our great city, and at the same time, have proceeds from admission sales benefit University Hospitals Rainbow Babies & Children’s Hospital. This is a win-win! I am looking forward to taking my entire family to enjoy the festivities,” states North Ridgeville Mayor G. David Gillock.

This past fall, University Hospitals announced plans to build a $32.4 million state-of-the-art outpatient health center and freestanding emergency department in North Ridgeville, with a projected completion date in 2017. The new health center will include UH Rainbow Babies & Children’s Hospital pediatric services.

“As a longtime resident and Safety Service Director for the City of North Ridgeville, I am excited to have the Gift of Lights in our community. Victory Park is a convenient and safe location to bring families together to enjoy the holiday lights and activities planned at Victory Park Ohio. When I learned that UH Rainbow Babies & Children’s Hospital will receive proceeds from admissions, I could not have been more thrilled. With University Hospitals planning to build a state-of-the-art health center and emergency department in close proximity to Victory Park, and these donations will benefit the new facility the medical services provided to our youth,” says North Ridgeville Safety Service Director Jeff Armbruster.

Gift of Lights will be open daily 5 PM-10 PM from November 18, 2016- January 1, 2017. Event information, pricing and sponsorship opportunities can be found at www.giftoflights.com or on the Victory Park Ohio website.
