NOPEC "Opt Out" Mailing for Electricity
Every three years NOPEC is required by Public Utilities Commission of Ohio (PUCO) to give customers an opportunity to opt-out or remain with a NOPEC/FES product. Residents will be receiving in the mail information to opt-out. To stay with NOPEC, simply do nothing and throw the letter out.
