Description:
Tots Trick-or-Treat at 1 PM at City Hall. Bring your little witches and goblins to march in a parade and receive ghoulish treats donated by city employees. This is a free event for ages up to 5 years old. Please pre-register by visiting the Parks & Recreation’s website.
