Description:

Come and see all the Senior Center has to offer in activities, programs, trips, health screenings, fitness classes, entertainment and socialization on August 16 from 10 AM-2 PM. Fitness Demos: Exercise 10:30; Tai Chi 11:30; Chair Yoga 12:15; Line Dancing 1:00. See our new Outdoor Fitness Station and try it out. Refreshments will be served.
