Description:
Bring out your little witches and goblins to City Hall to march in a parade and receive south ghoulish treats. Pre-registration September 5 through October 29 through the Parks & Recreation department website so we can have plenty of treats for all to enjoy. This event is FREE and for ages up to 5 years old.
