Notice is hereby given that the North Ridgeville Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing in City Council Chambers, 7307 Avon Belden Road, North Ridgeville, Ohio, 44039, at 7:00 P.M., TUESDAY, OCTOBER 14, 2014 to consider the following:

REQUEST: Final approval of Woodbridge Court Subdivision in an R-1 District.
LOCATION: Woodbridge Court in an R-1District.

Adjacent property owners or interested persons may attend the Planning Commission meeting to learn details and voice their opinions regarding the Public Hearing. The City of North Ridgeville strives for accuracy in the notification of adjacent record title owners. However, if the City has made an error in the notification process, this will not be cause for rejection of applications.
