North Ridgeville Fire Department Strategic Plan 2018-2023
The North Ridgeville Fire Department has recently completed the process of developing a community driven strategic plan. The plan was developed through multiple work sessions that took place over the course of several days. Input was received from both internal and external stakeholders from within the community as well as the department membership. The department membership used the community input to develop five major goals that are based on the stated needs and wishes of the community members. These goals were then further defined by developing objectives, critical tasks, and timelines that are vital to accomplishing each goal. This community driven plan will be used over the next five years as a tool to guide the decision making process when steering the direction of the North Ridgeville Fire Department.
