Notice of Intent to Sell City Vehicles No Longer Needed for Municipal Purposes
In accordance with Ordinance No. 5572-2018 and Ohio Revised Code §721.15(A), notice is hereby given of the intent to sell city vehicles/equipment which are obsolete, and/or not needed and/or unfit for public use by the City of North Ridgeville at public auction through the Greater Cleveland Auto Auction.
Interested parties may obtain a copy of the authorizing legislation and a complete list of the vehicles/equipment available from the office of the City Auditor, the office of City Council or click the link below. The auction will take place on Friday, September 21, 2018, at or around 10 AM, and may continue for subsequent Fridays if any vehicles remain unsold at 5801 Engle Road, Brookpark, OH. The vehicles may be previewed and inspected from 8-9:30 AM on the morning of the auction. All vehicles/equipment are sold AS-IS.
