LEGAL NOTICE
Sealed bids will be received in the Office of the Mayor, G. David Gillock, for the City of North Ridgeville, 7307 Avon Belden Road, North Ridgeville, Ohio 44039 until 10:00 a.m., October 8, 2014 and will be opened immediately thereafter for:
CUSTODIAL SERVICES
Bidders will be required to use the printed bid forms, which will be available along with the bid specifications at the Office of the Mayor. A check shall be made payable to the City of North Ridgeville or cash, at a non-refundable cost of five dollars ($5.00) for the bid specifications.
All bidders are required to attend a guided walk-through of all areas to be serviced on October 1, 2014 at 9:00 a.m. at North Ridgeville City Hall. Non-attending bidders will be disqualified.
Each bid shall be accompanied by a bank cashier’s check or certified check made payable to the City of North Ridgeville, drawn on a solvent bank, in the amount of $200.00 as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, a contract will be entered into and performed. Cashier’s check or certified check accompanying rejected bids will be returned upon the award of the contract.
Each proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the bid and all persons interested therein. Each bidder must submit evidence of its experiences in providing similar services and of similar complexity.
The City of North Ridgeville, Ohio, reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive any variations in the specifications, and to accept the lowest and best bid determined.
