Walking/Balance Program
SOMETHING NEW! OUR WALKING/BALANCE PROGRAM:
Begins Tuesday, May 23 and ends June 27. Six week program from 9:00 - 11:00 a.m. Tuesdays
Kick Off May 23. Join Lea Goldsmith of Maximize Fitness for an informational talk on Nutritional Eating Habits at 9:00 a.m., then get your blood pressure/heart rate taken to keep track of your progress. Then Lea will lead a walk over to the South Central Walking Loop to walk for an hour and return to the Senior Center for a demonstration on the Senior Fitness Station and have your ending blood pressure/heart taken. Refreshments provided, gifts, and so much fun! Thanks to Maximize Fitness for their generosity in sponsoring this program.
