North Ridgeville Virtual Farm Market

There are a few things you can do now and next year to locate a local produce stand near you. The list of participating locations is listed on the North Ridgeville Virtual Farm Market webpage. Second, keep an eye out for the giant green banners on the side of the road that read, “Healthy Happens Here.” Participating produce stands have posted these fun banners outside their locations, so drivers, riders, and walkers, can easily spot a stand.

All of this was made possible through a partnership between Butternut Farms, Gerhart's, Willie's Farm Market, Red Barn Produce and our community collaborative, The North Ridgeville Heart and Sole Challenge. Heart and Sole is a community based health and wellness initiative designed to improve the health and overall well-being of those who live and work in North Ridgeville by encouraging healthier lifestyles through access to physical fitness and good nutrition. Heart and Sole is managed through a collaboration of local businesses, well providers and community groups guided by the Lorain County General Health District.
