Update on the New Headquarters Fire Station

The City of North Ridgeville is going to build a new 22,594 square foot headquarters fire station to replace the fire station that is currently located on State Route 83 just south of Center Ridge Road. The new headquarters fire station will be constructed at the site of the City’s old communications tower which stood approximately 350 feet behind the Aldi’s shopping center. The site is just north of the new school complex located on what will soon be an extension of Jaycox Road. The new fire station will have four apparatus bays for emergency equipment, administrative offices, a classroom and a training tower.
