2009 Master Plan Public Review DraftPosted: Saturday, April 18, 2009 |
The Master Plan is a document intended as a guide for the North Ridgeville City Administration, City Council, and other decision-making boards and commissions as they evaluate development proposals and implement new policies that impact the City. The plan is meant to be a dynamic, living document that will help frame the public and private discussion related to development and redevelopment issues. With the level of growth sustained over the years, now is an ideal time to strategically plan for the future. Careful and thoughtful planning will help ensure that North Ridgeville remains a vibrant community that is true to its heritage and attractive to all people.
We invite you to look through the document, discuss it with family and friends, and come to a public presentation on the plan at the North Ridgeville Public Library (35700 Bainbridge Rd) on Wednesday, April 29th at 7-8:30 p.m. There will be a Q&A after the presentation.
