The brochure document is a  very large Portable Document Format (PDF) file. The best and suggested method to successfully retrieve a large hyperlinked document is to right-click on the link, which brings up a list of options. Scroll down to the "Save Target As" option. This selection will download the document to your default downloads location. From there, you can then promptly retrieve the document.
