The North Ridgeville Income Tax Department

The City of North Ridgeville is a member municipality of the Regional Income Tax Agency (R.I.T.A).  It is mandatory for ALL residents 18 years or older, having earned income and not fully retired or on permanent disability, to file a tax return, whether there is tax due or not. This includes tenants who rent. This income tax is based on earnings not property ownership. Non-residents, who are engaged in a North Ridgeville business activity, i.e., rental property, self-employed, partnerships, companies, corporations, etc., are also required to file.
