You may report the following issues online to the Service Department: dead animals on the roadway to be removed, potholes to be filled, sewer blockages, watermain leaks/breaks, ditch blockages and damaged mailboxes caused by snow plows.  Please be specific with locations to include exact address or general vicinity depending on the issue you are reporting. 

If this is an emergency situation, i.e., watermain break or sewer blockage, call the Service Department at (440) 490-2094 during business hours, Monday-Friday, 7 AM-3 PM; after hours, call the Police Department at (440) 490-2001.
