CardioDance, Tuesdays at 9:00 a.m. Low impact dance moves will help you burn calories while having fun at the same time! Bring light hand weights if you like, a limited number of pairs will be available for use. Class length is 45-50 minutes with plenty of water breaks. Stop in to register. Cost is $36 for a six-week session. All registrants must pay the $36 fee in advance and complete a registration and release form prior to the start of the session.
Chair Yoga, Tuesdays 10:00 a.m.-11:00 a.m. Chair Yoga is perfect for all ages and abilities - no experience necessary. In chair yoga we do not get down on the floor, but practice poses sitting in the chair or standing and using it as support. The benefits of yoga include relaxation, calming, range of motion, stretching, muscle building and balance. In yoga we allow our own body to be our guide. You are always welcome to modify a pose, come out of a pose or take a break as needed. The cost is $36 for six weeks.
Tai Chi for Arthritis and Balance, Thursdays 10:00 a.m. Tai Chi for Balance and Tai Chi for Arthritis will be combined into a single, 90-minute class. While Tai Chi for Balance focuses on reducing your fear and likelihood of falling by combining the techniques of Tai Chi and Chinese Qigong, Tai Chi for Arthritis is designed to provide many health benefits and has been shown to improve symptoms such as pain and stiffness from Arthritis. Participants should wear loose clothing and comfortable shoes. The cost is $48 for six weeks. Please stop in our office to register prior to the class start.

Cardio Drumming is quickly growing in popularity and we are excited to offer this class. Participants are taken through routines using drumsticks in a variety of patterns to heart-pumping fun hits. You can do this activity standing or sitting in a chair. Reserve your space the Friday before class.

Mahjongg is an ancient Chinese tile game (similar to Gin Rummy). Players meet Thursdays at noon. For those new to the game, our instructor Roberta Benedict will teach you everything you need to know.
Crafts & Quilting Group meets Mondays at 10:00 a.m. If you have an interest in quilting or any other type of crafting, please join us to work on a current project or start something new. A soup lunch w/bread is available for $2.00.

Watercolor Painting is offered as an open freestyle (no instructor) session for art enthusiasts to gather for a morning of painting and conversation on Wednesdays 9:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. There is no formal instruction, but attendees assist one other with projects when needed. If interested, stop in with your paints, paper and inspiration any Wednesday.

Taco and Trivia Tuesdays. Do you enjoy trivia? We offer a taco/Mexican themed lunch followed by several fun and rousing rounds of trivia. Each session will offer a variety of topics and themes. Bring a few friends to create a team, or participants can form a team on site. Lunch is at 12:00 p.m. at a cost of $4 and trivia starts at 12:30 p.m. Please call 440-490-2056 to reserve lunch and a spot for trivia. You do not need to come for lunch to participate in trivia.
Puzzle Exchange. We offer a puzzle exchange the last Tuesday of the month at 11:00 a.m. Come browse our puzzle collection and take up to three home to complete and return the following month.
